Portobello Road Market

Hey everyone just fought I would share some of the photos I took In Portobello Road Market over the weekend. I didnt take many as I had forgot to take my camera. I really love Portobello Road because Its filled with lots of antiques and a wide range of cuisine. The more you walk through the market It goes on and on and their is so much to look at both old and new from antique furniture and books to vintage and new clothing and such great prices, My favorite stalls were a stall that had original vintage prints from old disney mags , they were all so stunning and beautifully illistrated I found a couple of cheap ones at three pounds each of Peter Pan and a Disneyland cover with the seven dwarfs from Snow White. Another stall I loved was a stall filled with old teddies and figures from the 90s and early 2000s a time when I was little and also a great time to be a child. Seeing all the old toys ranging from disney to My Little Pony really took me back and made me regret throwing them all away, I decided to buy a small woody figure and created It In to a necklace.
Recently from going to different markets and comic con It really Inspired me to start creating my own kawaii,Kitsch jewellery and so far it has gone very well I have maged to sell some and also make some for myselfs and I hope that In the future I will have the money to take it further and sell online.Hopefully soon I will share some of my creations with you as I have some exciting design Ideas.

I walked past the house In which George Orwell lived In on my way
                           to the market.

A charming cat that I saw on my to the market.

What I love about the area of Notting Hill Is that It Is filled with lots of colourful houses
and I honestly envy those who live their because It Is such a Beautful area but also filled with
a wide range of culture and a great market right on the doorstep what more coule you want ?

Q&A's at the apple store

Hello everyone , this past week I was lucky to attend three Q&A's at the apple and over the summer I have been to others to. I really enjoy going to these because I get to see my favorite actors and actresses and have the chance to get an autograph but also if I am lucky enough to ask them questions. It is great experience for me becasue I hope to be a journalist In the future maybe doing things like this so its great practice thinking of questions on the spot but also It Is such a great life experience I can carry with me knowing I had the chance to ask actors and actresses questions and seeing them in person. Also one of my hobbies is to collect autographs and these events are the best way to do it because you have more chance of getting compared to movie premieres.
If you live London and hope to be a journalist or just love movies like me then I highly reccomend you try go these events they are so cool and if you are lucky enough you can meet them.
Becasue I have been to so many I am going to post pictures from each one and underneath I will put what they are promoting aswell.

Kellen LutZ promoting his new film Taran

Keira Knightly,Mark Ruffalo and James Corden promoting their film Begin Again

Intbweeners cast and writes promoting Inbetweeners 2

Manage to meet them after and got pictures with them honestly some of the nicest actors
I have ever met.

Simon Pegg and director Peter Chelsom promoting Hector and the search for
happiness. I was lucky enough to ask Simon a question If you see the podcast
I am first to ask and I asked what his favorite location to film one was.

Daniel Radcliffe promoting his new film What If. This has to be my favorite Q&A
because I am a massive fan of the Harry Potter series and Daniel Radcliffe as a
whole and I never in a million years fought I would see him In person let alone
get chosen to ask him a question. After telling him how much I love him and shaking
rediculously I manage to ask him If their were any embarasing moments during filming
and once again I was first If you see the podcast.

Whilst waiting In the queue for Daniel to arrive Domhall
Gleeson just happen to walk In the Apple store to have his phone fixed
for those who do not reconise him he plays Bill Weasley In the Harry potter
series, the chances of a Harry potter actor walking whilst waiting for another are mad but so awesome.

Will poulter,Thomas Brodie-Sangster,Kaya Scodelario and Dylan O'brien promoting their
new movie The Maze Runner. For this Q&A I had to wait from 8am due to its popularity but was
worth it because I had a front row seat.

John Hamm (Bridesmaids,Mad Men ) promoting his new movie Million Dollar Arm.

I hope that I will post from more events In the future as I Intend to attend as many I can. As I said above these events are really good experience If you are interested In journalism but also If you love movies. I will soon be posting the very few pictures from my trip to Portobello Road market so look out for that.

Tea and cakes with cats

Hello everyone I know this post is very late but I have not had laptop access but finally I do and hopefully posting will be alot regular now.

The day after I went around London for my sisters birthday we went to the Lady Dinahs Cat Emporium In Brick Lane, It is a sweet little cafe were you can sit have some tea and a slice of cake in the company of some adorable cats.

Cat Cafes have been around since the 90s the first being In Taiwan and they are also very popular in japan with there being over 39 opening. Cat Cafes are such unique places and can be really a really theraputic place for some people. They are also great for people who do have cats or cannot have pets in their home due to housing or other reasons.
I really love Lady Dinahs because they only take rescue cats and they get the best care and love so I highly reccomend that if you are in london then pay Lady Dinahs a visit however be sure to reserve becasue they get very busy due to the popularity and there is a five pound entry charge which goes back in to paying for food and care for the cats.

Exploring london

Hello everyone once again I have had another really eventful week. Because my freind from Dover came to visit and the weather was simply devine I thought It would be fun to go exploring around london because London is such a big and beautiful city filled with so much history and so much to explore and so it was nice to visit places I haven't been to before. The first stop of are journey was Buckingham Palace It was my first time their since I was little and I honestly can say I love it as a building more than I ever did before. Being a lover of the Disney Princess's I feel so thank full to live in a country full of castles and palaces because they really are quite pretty and interesting to visit. After Buckingham Palace We took a walk through Green Park to take a tube to the British Museum , I have never been there before since I was little I have always took an interest In ancient Egyptian history and had always wanted to go to the British Museum to see all the artifacts they had however I lived In Dover and never had the chance. It was very interesting to see everything however I found the mummies a little strange because when you think about it they were once people and they should of been left to rest In peace but instead they are in a museum were thousands of people stare at them everyday taking pictures which personally I just don't agree with. After the British Musuem we decided to take a very long walk to the Museum of London even though it was really hot it was well worth the walk because we went past ST Paul's Cathedral which In Itself is a beautiful building but me and my freind got excited to go past it because of our love of Mary Poppins. When we eventually got to the museum of London we were tired from all the walking but excited to see what was inside and ofcorse we were not dissapointed. As a lover of vintage fashion and The Beatles I got to see some really stunning peices ranging from the 40s up to the 90s as well some great Beatles memorbilia and other bits and bobs. After the Museum we decided we would walk to waterloo however we realised that it would be to far so we ended up taking a walk to the globe theatre which once again I have never been to. After the globe theatre we were exhausted and so took the tube home.

Sometimes the best things In life are free

Hello everyone once again I have had a eventful week and the best thing about It Is that I didnt have to pay for any of the things I did hence why I say sometimes the best things in life are free. Firstly at the beginning of the week I was lucky enough to get free tickets to a preview screening of Step Up 5 from ShowFilmFirst. Its a really great site because all you have to do Is sign up and they will send links for movie screenings and sometimes theatre shows and sometimes concert tickets. I have always loved the Step Up movies because I used to dance when I was younger, this one was really good so If you love street dance then I reccomend this to you. Then on thursday I went early to the Apple store to see the cast of the Inbetweeners cast do a Q&A promoting their new movies the Inbetweeners 2 It didn't start til 6 however to make sure me and my friend had good seats we got there at 11 and stayed there all day and ofcorse are efforts paid off because we had front row seats and when it ended I was able to get their autographs and also we decided to round to wear they would leave and had pictures with them I can honestly say they some of the nicest Actors I have eveer met.
Inbeweeners cast; Blake Harrison,James Buckley,Joe Thomas and Simon Bird.

Here are my pictures with the cast.

On friday I went to the Xfactor auditions with my friend, I was able to get tickets from Applause Store
which Is a website that gives you free tickets to various tv shows I have previously had tickets to see Virtually Famous which Is a panal show hosted by Glee's Kevin Mchale unfortuantely I couldnt get any pictures because you wasn't allowed to take any but It was a really cool experience to see how these shows  are created before they come on the tv and also you get to see even more than you would on the tv so I strongly reccomend that you sign up to this website because Its so worth it and the tickets are free!
Whilst waiting to go in to the stadium I had the opportunity to see the judges arrive which was rather strange I never fought I would ever be in the pressence of Simon Cowell. When the auditions actually began they were alot longer than they appear on the TV and most of the contestants would sing two songs. I have to say as audience member for the first few Its enjoyable but towards the end many people left and it started to get boring so I am unsure on if I would like to see this live again but I am very glad to have experienced being in the audience of the popular show.

My view of from the barriers were the Judges would arrive.

Louie Walsh arriving.

                                                           Simon Cowell arriving.

                                                          Mel B arriving.

                                                           My view of the stage.

I am hoping for another eventful which I look forward to posting about.
